In terms of décor, total renovations almost always start in the kitchen and dining area. However, we had a terrace with a lot of potential in this project, so we were inspired by the space's use to create an airy and smooth atmosphere.



Make the most of your space by installing a large kitchen, and make the sky part of your renovation with a large skylight in the middle. And as for the dining room, think of a spacious and minimalist place, which allows you to have guests at ease and be a perfect place for meetings.



Let's not forget the rooms. In this project, the size of the property was an advantage, but if you want to create large main bedrooms and make this place a comfortable family home, the best idea is to reduce the space of the corridors.
